Cancelling or Changing Your Booking

If you need to cancel or change your training booking, please contact Summerlands Method as soon as possible.

If you contact us more than 14 days before your training date, you may transfer your booking once to another available Summerlands Method training date.

Cancellations Within 14 Days

If you cancel your booking 14 days or less before your training date, your course fee will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

This is because training places are limited and, at short notice, we may be unable to offer your place to another student.

If Summerlands Method Cancels

In the unlikely event that Summerlands Method needs to cancel or reschedule your training, you will be offered the choice of transferring your booking to another available training date or receiving a full refund of the course fees you have paid.

Summerlands Method cannot be responsible for additional costs you may have incurred, such as travel or accommodation, except where required by law.

Illness or Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If illness or a genuine emergency prevents you from attending, please contact Summerlands Method as soon as possible.

Any decision to offer an alternative date outside the terms above will be considered individually and remains at the discretion of Summerlands Method. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Failure to Attend

If you do not attend your booked training and have not contacted Summerlands Method beforehand, this will be treated as a cancellation and the course fee will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Transferring Your Booking

Where a transfer is permitted, your booking may be moved once to another available Summerlands Method training date.

Once a booking has been transferred, it cannot be transferred again and the course fee will be non-refundable if you subsequently cancel.

Payment Plans & Third-Party Payment Providers

If you choose to pay using a third-party payment or instalment provider, you will also be subject to that provider’s own terms and conditions.

Any refund that is due under this Cancellation Policy will be processed in accordance with the payment method and provider originally used.
